Pool House, Surrey

Set within the South Downs National Park, my design for this contemporary pool house, incorporating a gymnasium and sauna, gained planning consent within the statutory timescale and required no changes or amendments. This is particularly significant as any scheme proposed within the South Downs National Park requires careful consideration however this scheme had the additional challenge of being set within the historic garden and grounds of a Grade ll listed house.
